Called on Friday, seeking repairs to my Howard Miller 66th Anniversary Grandfather clock (no chime nor silent running mode). All info taken and was told home visit/next day (Saturday). Waited all day - no call nor visit. Wasted 9 hours!! I'm used to dealing with professionals - 1 star rating still too high, but no zero. Reply from business said "Records" listed that I received a quote but declined appt? Why did I wait all day for a no-show? Sorry, but creative though bogus response.
