Brien has worked on two family grandfather clocks I have. He communicates very well about your appointment, when he will arrive, etc. Brien is very pleasant, works on the clock(s) in your home, is efficient and gives you a report on your clock when he has finished. His charges are always reasonable. He is knowledgeable and able to repair anything that is needed. Finally, he adjusted the timing on my clocks with a meter that brought them to within 1-2 secs/day of completely accurate. I am convinced Brien is the best clock expert in our part of the state and probably beyond.

I have been bringing my clocks to Brien for over 20 years. He has cleaned and repaired an old greasy cuckoo clock that hung in my grand mothers kitchen as well as heirloom German wall clocks and a grandfathers clock from my mother. He has always been honest and reasonable and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. He is very professional and very kind. I’ve enjoyed doing business with him.

Brien was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to take out the clock works and service one and give the grandfather clock a recommendation and estimate . I feel strongly that he is good at his craft.
