Working with a smaller company has many benefits. The larger companies were asking for several thousand dollars more to install solar panels. Their justification was their higher price paid for their robust service department enabling them to respond faster or have a parts on hand from their manufacturer or be prioritized by the manufacturer they installed for their customers. Moreover, the manufacturer I went with gave their customers the ability to bye extended warranty which meant I was paying those thousands of dollars more for practically nothing but a verbal promise that the larger company would be there for me more so than a smaller local company.
In my case, the owner of this company came to my home and spent their time understanding the install and suggested Waze specific to my property and my needs that made me feel like the people who Actually, make decisions in a company were paying attention to me as a customer. I highly recommend Jordan and his company over other local companies, especially the big ones out here.
