Although I live in Portland, I was referred to Joeys State Farm in Hood River from a friend. After a free overview of all my policies, I was surprised at how much I saved. Although I had not had an accident in 10 years, I had one 2 weeks after I signed up with his office. They really made me feel at ease and the whole process was relatively painless. I have recommended this company to a couple other friends who have also saved considerably and have had a positive experience.

Love State Farm and Joey McConnell, they have been there for me for 3 decades, and always have exceptional service whether you call or just stop by the Hood River Office. Plus if you didn't know and are concerned with corporate greed and influence, its cool to know State Farm is a cooperative corporation owned by its customers, that's why the have they often the lowest rates and great service, how can you beat that!!!!

Kaylee was responsive and dogged getting a policy replaced just in time to alleviate stress on my wife and got us apples to apples comparisons quickly and efficiently, happy to have her as our state farm agent instead of an app, much better! Thanks kaylee!
