They were 8 minutes until closing time and they still made it a point to come out and check our a.c. they had it going in under an hour my family and I are so thankful this Blythe heat has no mercy and we're all slaves to our air conditioners in the summer thank u again

They advertise 24 hour emergency service. We had a A/C go out on a renter of ours and it was like 100 degrees out. I called 4 times and never even got a courtesy call back telling me they wouldn't make it even tho I requested that info each time I called. I finally called the next morning to the office. No apology for not returning my call just a can't help you we are booked. Very rude. Wouldn't call them again if they were the only repair service left on this side of the world. Not a professional, responsible company to deal with during an emergency, so don't waste your time and effort calling them.

I could not be more grateful to this business, their team and the whole family. They are always there for our desert community. Our A/C has been out since Saturday and it's the middle of summer. Our home warranty was doing the ol song and dance trying to find a contractor. Called Johnson Refrigeration this morning and within an hour they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Years of experience and a dedication to helping the people of our little town definitely shines through. Thank you again for all your help.
