Absolutely AMAZING! I can't adequately put into words how grateful I am to Johnston & Williams for helping my family after my mom passed away. I was absolutely dreading having to deal with some manipulative salesman who was going to try to upsell me on things neither I nor my mother would've wanted, and Henry Johnston (the owner) was the exact opposite of that.
Everything's transparent, prices are listed right on their website and align well with the national averages for their services, and if there's anything you're not sure about the folks there are SO HELPFUL, giving you the facts to help you make the best decision for you and your loved ones, with none of the BS. Plus, I'm the kind of person who wants to see and learn every detail of what happens to a loved one when they go through the cremation process, and Henry and Logan indulged me more than I would've dared to hope was even possible. I am tremendously appreciative of them helping my family get EXACTLY what we wanted, especially because their compassion and care for what they do and our community which they serve gave me such a tremendous sense of closure and fulfillment during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. I cannot possibly thank Henry, Logan, and Joe enough for everything they did for us!
If you need help arranging funeral services, cremation, or any other sort of after-death stuff, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Let's be real: I hope I won't need their services again soon because it means I've lost another loved one, but whenever it happens, I am so relieved to know exactly to whom and where I need to go! I wish I could give y'all more than 5 stars, you deserve all of them!!!
Henry Johnston was a gift sent to us. He arranged a professional, flawless funeral for our son. We heavily relied on Henry’s 15+ years of experience. He was patient with our questions and thoughtful with suggestions. His suggestions were spot-on from the visitation/viewing night, the trifold pamphlet that nicely displayed pictures and a biography, a slideshow, publication of obituary, and general flow of all events. Trust us, listen to Henry! Henry is extremely organized and detailed oriented. We became so comfortable and confident with Henry; we had him officiate the memorial service. He did a spectacular job! Henry continued to amaze us with his gifted ability and genuine love for his profession. It was a sad time for us, but Henry provided a perfect funeral! We have the highest regard for Henry and highly recommend his funeral home; Johnston and Williams.
