Jon and Vinny’s is a great spot to head for dinner with friends. The menu is well designed for starting so you can taste a bunch of different things - and that we did. The pizza crust is light and fluffy with a good crunch and the pasta is very well seasoned with some nice unique flavours. They have a great selection of natural wines - one of the waiters was knowledgeable but unfortunately one of the servers wasn’t as in the ball and needed to get verification on our questions quite a few times.
Incredibly rude and arrogant wait staff. Will never spend money at this establishment again. You should have better internal communication and respectful/kind staff, especially for paying customers. Do better and get over yourselves.
We went there today for a special birthday breakfast. We were told breakfast was still an option. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order. Then we had to chase her down after waiting for about 15 minutes telling her we were ready to order. She proceeded to tell us breakfast wasn't available and did anyone tell us about last call. Isn't that your job? She was incredibly rude and arrogant. Proceeded to get the manager (who was nice and tried to explain the mistake). Basically, we were told we can't have breakfast. We would have let the mistake go if the waitress wasn't so incredibly rude. Oh, and we never got the iced coffee drink we ordered...apparently the order was never put in.
