Brandon and Lisa were great to work with. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and friendly and made sure that I had all my questions answered. I trusted him to make whatever decisions he felt were best but also like to understand why those decisions are being made and he took the time to go into a lot of detail to make sure I understood what was going on.
Lisa's work was a lot more behind the scenes with all the paperwork but she made sure that I knew what documents to provide at every step and was great at communicating as well.
Overall had a great experience for both my original purchase and refinance and will definitely be reaching out to Jordan's team again if (hopefully when) rates drop enough to refinance again.
