The experience that I have had so far with this company is awful! The only nice person at the company was the man that came out to hook the tank up. They do not work with their customers and the ladies on the phone are very rude. When I decided to go with this company, it took several days to get a phone call back. I had no choice to go with this company because the tank was already at my residence, I am stopping services and going with a different company that will provide better customer service.

As a renter I had no choice but to use them. Unfortunately for us we've had multiple gas leaks losing at least 50% TWICE, that they are all too happy to refill for us. Incredibly unaffordable for renters; the national avg per gallon is 2.7 JS West charges 3.96 plus that "recovery fee".

There was definately a LP odor when main burner flame on. Service technician Russ showed up pronto and worked through a process of elimination to find the problem. Russ went above and beyond to help us find the source of leak and now we have heater just ahead of winter.
