I was thouroughly impressed w/ the service for one. Two different employees/owner gave me theee most excellent service. Super super knowledgeable about their inventory. The best in the business. And Ive been to several places around town. I purchased a guitar on consignment in store there. Plays beautifully as it was already set up from previous owner. Just right. And bought a guitar stand for an affordable price. Ty to the owner and his employee. Talented for sure. Ty.

I don't write reviews often, but I'm happy to give JT's Music, and Dan specifically, every bit of a 5 star review. I brought in a new Guild guitar for setup and Dan not only went through every inch of the guitar, making a number of adjustments, but he also spent 15 minutes walking me through the fixes and helping me understand the instrument better. Simply good ol' fashion, small-town customer service. If only all music shops would operate that way! The staff here is friendly and incredibly helpful. They definitely won a future customer.
