I have purchased appliances from you many times... as has my brothers! We call Judd and Black because we have come to the conclusion that we won't get the same extraordinary service on Quality Appliances‼️
Chad Miller answered the phone, I explained to him that my older SxS refrigerator was not working - the refrigerator was freezing and the freezer had been thawing evidently overnight! The only thing still working was the interior lights!
Chad and I talked about what I wanted in my new refrigerator and he recommended Whirlpool! He made a phone call to find out if the model I wanted was in stock- and it was!
He understood the emergent situation as I had just filled both compartments the previous day!
I was on hold for a short time when he came back and advised me it could be delivered the VERY next day‼️
The next morning I received a call from the Delivery team - I was the first stop‼️
Derrick, Brian and Anthony are the best!! They carefully removed the old one and carefully installed the new one ‼️
