Judy Decker is a stellar agent, and offers so much more. She has guided me through several transactions, both buying and selling, not only in the Palo Alto area but also in San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Judy is very adept at identifying opportunities and is happy to provide wisdom, without imposing her views. She has been my trusted counselor, project manager, researcher, negotiator, hand-holder, and all-around ace-in-the-hole. Judy was an amazing professional, partner, and person as we sold our house. She was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, and customer-oriented -- both focused on our needs, and yet with her eye constantly on the ultimate customer (potential buyers). She listened to our concerns, constraints, aspirations, and ideas. She pushed back delicately and diplomatically when necessary, but never played "the expert", nor rushed us into decisions. My wife and I highly recommend Judy if you are considering buying or selling your place in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area.
