Quick review to show appreciation to Justin and Kat. They helped us find a lovely condo, which we've made our home. They were there through the whole process and I am still (honestly) shocked at how easy they made it. Special thanks to Justin for meeting with us and for making it a fun experience. I have to say, I was exceedingly fortunate to have Justin hold my hand through the search for and purchase of my 1st ever house. As I know to be common among 1st-time buyers, I was completely clueless as to (and generally overwhelmed by) the process, while still being challengingly picky despite the difficulties of the LA housing market. Throughout it all, Justin demonstrated patience and a sense of humor. His insights into market forces and his experience with construction/renovation (in addition to his ability to talk me down from the occasional freakout) were invaluable. I can’t recommend Justin (and Kat) strongly enough.

Had a great time working with Justin to buy our home. Everything was handled in a timely manner and with a great attitude. He took the time to walk us through everything we were signing (and there was a lot!) and to think through different scenarios. I'm glad we worked with him!
