Met Rick Carlson back in 2016 when I was trying to buy my first house. He was extremely informative and helpful. I was always kept up to date on the process and every question I had was thoroughly answered. I knew nothing about what I was doing lol. Buying my first home was mostly painless as the previous owners were awful to work with. Rick took money out of his own damn pocket as an apology for how they left the house (VA loan, so they couldn't move until house was sold), and left me a Lowes gift card to alleviate the costs of cleaning their mess. To this day we still keep in touch and he offers fantastic advice based on the current housing market. Will always recommend him to everyone I know buying a home, whether it be their first time or 10th time! Still owe ya a beer bud!

Rick is a great realtor that always has the clients best interest at the forefront of his dealings. Few people will stand up for their clients the way that Rick does.
He also has plenty of experience in both real estate and investing that he draws from to help people make informed decisions.
