Enas is an incredible lab tech. My veins are, for most phlebotomists, the blood draw equivalent of the Matterhorn. Enas popped me once without blinking. Just the absolute best lab tech ever.

My Kaiser Physician genuinely cares about me. She and her staff are excellent in professionalism. Never one time was I ever treated like they were in a hurry to rush me out the door without making sure I had everything taken care of.

The tracking and auto check-in was absolutely fantastic. The doctor was attentive, friendly got to the point. All the staff was friendly and helpful and made you feel very very welcome. I would recommend going to West Oly anytime for anything.
