I met Kamran at an open house shortly after I moved into the neighborhood, and over the years, have watched a number of his listings sell at higher than their listing price. When we decided to sell our condo, we wanted to make sure we worked with the right agent. After doing much online research, we interviewed 5 highly rated "local" real estate agents. He and his team helped stage the house, took photographs, listed it in MLS, and scheduled an open house in no time. We had multiple offers above the listing price before the open house ended.
