We had the pleasure to work with Diane at Kassab. She helped me design a couple birthstone bands and one of the birthstones was difficult to find. She continued to search, she finally found them, and I ended up with beautiful stackable rings! She also helped my sister and I design a ring for our Mom’s 70th birthday that ended up beautiful as well. She was fantastic to work with - very communicative and honest, and we ended up with beautiful custom rings. Kassab is now our adopted local jeweler here in Oregon!

My ring was made at Kay and ended up losing a sapphire by getting knocked against stuff and since the prongs were stuck out so much. It was my chance to fix both of those things and Kassab gave me a super low quote and stuck to it! Sim did the most amazing and perfect job on my wedding ring and I am so grateful! He also rubbed down those sharp prongs and aligned the stones in the perfect way that I actually wanted from the beginning. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

I took my vintage heirloom ring in to be looked at and they were able to get it back in the perfect condition it’s supposed to be, and even warrantied the work! Cody was awesome help and was able to pinpoint everything that needed fixed, everyone else we worked with was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place
