Kat was an absolute delight to work with when purchasing our new home in Snohomish County. We we relocated from Texas and this was our first home purchase. Kat is experienced and was patient in explaining all the nuances of the home buying process we hadn’t yet fully understood. Not only did she show us houses on 3 separate trips, and multiple offers, when we found “the one” was able to help us negotiate a great deal for the property!
