I drove 40 miles to get copies done for a building permit and was turned away at the door to wait an hour while at least 2 people sat down in plain veiw for a lunch break . They made me wait on the sidewalk instead of just doing 5 minutes of copies . I couldnt beleive it . Disgusting laziness.
