Place was pretty cool however is haunted

I saw a YouTube video about this place being haunted. I’m very curious to know whether it actually is haunted or not.

This is one of those live old south hill homes that makes a nice apartment building. Secure door and a cute little fenced area in back with grass for doggies & kids.
