Maybe they forgot they were in the service industry the day I was in?

The shop is great, it’s what you’d expect from a local shop. But what I didn’t expect was such poor customer service.

I came in 35 minutes before the store closed. I said I needed a simple wrap of flowers to surprise my girlfriend with ASAP. Her first response was that their designer was in the bathroom.

Then after I reiterated my request for a wrap she said the designer was done working for the day. I clarified they were open for over a half hour and she still refused to ask their designer if they could put together a quick wrap for me.

Me, a polite paying customer, got turned away. In fact, I asked for shop recommendations. She recommended Shelby’s over on Edison. I went straight there. I won’t be returning to this location.

I asked Jennie at Kennewick Flower Shop to help make 4 unique table arrangements for my wife's 40th birthday party. She and her team knocked it out of the park with beautiful, creative arrangements that incorporated a number of our favorites including; Gerber daisies, dahlias and even a tumble weed - upon request ; )
