there lack of knowledge and equipment costed me an extra $600 on my recovery

My car had stalled this morning. Wouldn’t turn over. Called a few towing places. Two were super abrupt and the other was 2 hours out.

Called Kens. Super nice, patient and were able to come right away. As I was on the phone with them, I was able to get my car started and barely made it to my mechanics. The person I spoke to wasn’t even the least bit irritated with me.

I would and probably will need to with my old Jeep call them again.

Kens has charged me very high towing charges for 3 miles drive. I paid $280 while lifting the car i was told around $110-125 by driver Joseph. Crazy guys.
