Update, I have now Refinanced my home again to take advantage of unbelievably low rates that we are seeing right now. Once again, Kim has outperformed herself. She is knowledgeable, untop of her job and very friendly and personable. She answers questions after hours sometimes and always takes her customer service to a level like no other. Thanks again Kim, and I look forward to working with you in the future if I ever need assistance with my home mortgage needs again. You will be the first call I make from now on.

Kim was an invaluable part of my wife's and my home buying and loan process. She's both pragmatic and optimistic, she didn't pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for.
