Kimo’s shared my personal and cc information with others resulting in fraudulent unauthorized charges that I had to have undone through my credit card company, they were completely unresponsive and it all started with the purchase of a washer that broke and a “repair person” they sent who looked at it for literally less than a minute and then said he was going to check for the part in his truck and just wandered away and never returned. Just all around terrible experience at every level.

Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.

I tried to buy a small chest freezer on Ebay from 2 different sellers, but they both wound up flaking out on me and so I requested refunds from both of them. All of the above took about a month and I was tired of waiting as I really needed a freezer, so I decided to search for used appliance dealers near me on Google Maps. Kimo's Appliances popped up and I so I decided to pay them a visit. They had just the freezer I wanted so I bought it, loaded in my van and had it within an hour of finding Kimo's on Google. I wound up filling up the freezer very fast and realized I'd misestimated the size freezer I actually needed, so I went back to Kimo's and bought a large, standup freezer. Fortunately, they gave me a full refund on the small chest freezer I'd bought from them the week before and they were able to deliver the larger freezer the very next day. They seem to have a good selection of appliances and the owner was a joy to do business with. I highly recommend Kimo's Appliances.
