the lights in my Thermador hood were not working and I was having a hard time finding someone to repair them.. found them at thermadorbayarea.com searching Thermador repairs.
Tech arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit. Even had the needed parts on hand! (I had told them the problem and model number).
Charged less for the parts than I could buy them online, and billed me for one hour labor, although I think he went a bit over, so pricing was fair.
This review would be 5 stars, except the tech made the repairs without advising me of the cost beforehand. It turn out that I would have authorized them, but should have the option of just paying the diagnosis and deciding to replace the hood with a new one.
I would use them again.
