My 82 year old mom's stove went out. She loves to cook even at her age so we called them to see if they could fix it. Mike the owner answered the phone and proceeded to explain to my mom his opinion and I could here him she was on speaker phone. Mike is a one of a kind that let my mom know in the most honest way what he knows and what she should do. He could be compared to being to the Jordon of what he does. He's the owner h we knows what he is doing. But I was so amazed at Mike for talking to my mom like it was his mom and gave her the most honest talk I've ever heard. I didn't know that we even had people so honest and good as Mike was on the phone. He basically saved her 700 dollars on what he was advising and he knows a lot. He did not know my mom at all so I know he treats all his customers this way and he deserves every thing good I'm saying. I love you Mike the way you talked and the advice you gave her. You are the best and I want everyone to know it. You are the best

Mike is very knowledgeable about the appliance business. He gives straightforward answers and recommendations. Due to the age and brand name of our refrigerator, Mike recommended that it be replaced — not be repaired. He gave us a very professional and detailed explanation. We are going to take Mike’s good advice. Based on the time Mike spent on the telephone conversation we had with him, and his patience and kindness in answering all our questions, we would certainly use his services for any other appliance problems we may have in our home in the future.

He has saved me hundreds of dollars by trouble shooting over the phone both a stove problem and a washing machine problem. His helpfulness and honesty are rare and he has gained my trust for when a problem happens that I can’t fix with advice over the phone.
