Very positive experience ordering a hard to find Liebherr humidor from Erik. Good communication, was responsive to answering many questions, and provided turn key shipping and freight delivery to my home in Houston. No issues after the sale, but Erik was just as prompt to answer remaining questions as well. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had my Vent-a-hood for many years now and it was time to change out a few things. Erik was very helpful in helping me find the model of my hood and the parts I needed. I was going to hire a service person to fix my hood but I was able to do it myself after watching Erik’s videos on how to change my motors and wheels out myself. Thank you Erik!

Purchased many products Kamado,Blomberg dish washer and Marvel mini fridge. Everything is top notch. The Blomberg washer you can add your own salt to soften the water. So grateful to be able to find all these products in one place I can trust. The customer service is top notch as well. Thank you Eric for all you do to make my life good with these products. Products at home depot and lowes don't even compare to the quality. I can honestly say I am a life customer.
