I contacted Kitsap Garage Door Co via website to schedule springs repair over holiday weekend. Office called me first thing next business day, technician came out and made repair same day. Very responsive, great service, and professional. Highly recommend. First and only call if you live in Kitsap County for garage door sales and service.
