Amazing customer service Noel was determined to fix my dryer He came 3 times. They also fixed me washer as soon as they could. Another place wanted $150 just come and look then call out on top of that! Very fair prices!
Seven years ago I purchased a Blomberg refrigerator as part of a total kitchen reno. Little did I know how difficult it would be to get the unit serviced !!! It died two weeks ago and I called numerous "specialty" repair companies who kept passing the buck or just didn't bother to call me back. Then a close friend said call KMR ! He and his parents years ago used them with great success many years ago in Langley. What a difference this company makes !!! I spoke with Mike who immediately set up an appointment a few days after my call and commiserated with the trouble I was having. Sheldon arrived within the pre-arranged time and got right to work . My unit is built in with a wood panel frontage so it was a royal pain to pull it out and check the power plug and several electrical boards. But he creatively problem-solved and was cheerful throughout. One of the electrical panels had an issue and upon a disconnect/reconnect of this one panel, the entire appliance sprung back on !!! I enjoyed having Sheldon here again (he worked on my washer years ago) and will ask for him in the future, should an appliance need servicing. He is professional, communicative, friendly, industrious, informative...and great with my dogs ! Also very affordable !
