Horrible customer service. Was sold a by-design defective tool rack nearly 6 months ago and after multiple denials by Customer Service & Staff that the product had a manufacturing flaw, the escalated to Buyer who admitted that indeed the product was built out of spec.

Customer Service said they'd follow up on the issue and promised callbacks and product replacement; it is now past the latest deadline/expectation; ghosted me for a long time and then came back and said they had a 'new batch' of product made to proper spec and that they even tested. Went in to store, new stock is same as the old stock which doesnt work properly...and staff started with denial (until demonstrated the flaw), then they kicked off the blame game again i.e. overseas issue except product indicates Made In Canada...and it's clear no one 'tested' anything

All they do is push product off of shelves; any thing wrong or missing, just get an immediate return because they wont assist in 'making it right'...they just make excuses/run away and apparently that's acceptable behavior as per corporate culture.

First of all, I'm a woman. I went in for welding gear. When they asked what size jacket I would need I said medium or small, something that would fit me. They made comments like, "oh really, wow, for you?" Yes.. for me. We tried on some jackets (that were all over the place, even the employee had a hard time figuring out the prices for each jacket) and when nothing fit I said no problem, I'll just keep looking. He literally said "or maybe find something else to do." Which I thought was completely sexist. Also the place was just a mess. I came in needing spats/boot covers too, and they had no idea what that was. Maybe they should look for something else to do?
