We had such a great experience working with Kohler. We had an entirely new heatpump and furnace installed. The techs that came were so nice and incredibly courteous. Their work is very clean. The tech was very patient and walked me through all of the functions of our new system and thermostat. Their customer service has been stellar. Can't say enough wonderful thing about our experience. Thank you Sharon and team!!!

Gordon showed up on-time and was highly efficient in doing a complementary check up on the new heat pump installed last year and also troubleshoot lack of AC from the other older heat pump system in the house which turned out to be an issue with user error. Appreciate the detailed checkup and instructions. Overall a great service from Kohler.

The Kohler technicians always provide good, through service. They've kept our system running well for 7 years. We appreciate that they are respectful of our home. We still need visitors to wear masks in our home. The technician willingly obliged and didn't make us feel bad for asking.
