I just heard that your team racially profiled a young Muslim woman. While she was approaching the counter, she was suddenly grabbed and assaulted by one of your staff members. She was roughly handled and mistreated, and none of the employees intervened. When she defended herself, she was wrongfully accused of shoplifting. She tried to clarify the misunderstanding, acknowledging she understood the security guard, but insisted it was a mistake and she was not involved. However, the guard dismissively told her to leave before he would call the police. To this, she responded, asking for the police to be called immediately. When she requested the manager, the first question posed to her was whether she had been caught stealing the previous week. She denied the accusations, and shortly thereafter, the security guard left the scene. Throughout this ordeal, no employees came to her assistance; only a fellow shopper stepped in to help. She received no compensation for the distress and mistreatment. Visibly shaken, she paid for her items and left the store.

A GENTLEMAN by the name of Ventura verbally assaulted myself and my party while we were in line checking out. This boy yelled and screamed obscenities in my face as well as those of the people with me. When asking his name, he proudly stated it, and continued to be disrespectful and combative. All while in front of a woman who appeared to be a manager. She did not try to diffuse or correct this employee, and HE continued to yell obscenities and proceeded to flick us off as we left the premises in fear for our lives. If there is camera footage, it should be checked to corroborate what happened. This location is extremely dangerous and unprofessional. I am surprised they are still operating. But I'm am hoping this loose cannon of an employee has proceeded to quit, and/or was reprimanded and fired. Terrible look for the company.

My daughter and I were shopping for Father's Day and birthday gifts for two of my friends young Sons. We were able to get all the gifts we needed at this one store. Everyone in the store was very friendly and smiling. We have enjoyed shopping at this Kohls store for many years. Thank you to all the store associates!!
