I recently visited Kootenai Clinic, Urgent Care in Post Falls and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was swift and courteous, and my wait time was minimal. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided an extremely efficient treatment plan. The front office staff was extremely patient and understanding, adding to the overall positive experience. This urgent care is an exemplary department, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding service.
