This firm helped my Mom and made her experience fluent and uncomplicated. This firm was extremely knowledgeable, non judgmental, patient, respectfully responsive and thorough. With great communication throughout her process. In addition to the above yet most importantly, they are explicitly private yet humble from the beginning to end of my bankruptcy. Very disappointed in the service provided. Attorney was always available until you sign their contract and pay the initial fee, then you will never hear from him again…. even after many attempts to contact him. You will deal with his team, possibly Ms. Gonzalez who was not only rude but very short and has an attitude. She rushed the process and paid no attention to concerns which shows she does not care and just wanted to get through the process. She has no place in serving her community.
It is unfortunate, but I feel the need to leave this review so that others going through financial hardships do not encounter the same experience.
