We met Kristina in the fall of 2021 when the real estate market was still a strong seller’s market. It was a difficult time for buyers, and not much was available that wasn’t over $1 million or in areas we weren't interested in. Kristina took the time and truly got to know us and what our needs were. When the house, which we eventually purchased, became available to look at, Kristina helped us negotiate with the seller. There were several hurdles which made the purchase a little more complicated. But Kristina’s positive attitude and clear communication (both with us and the seller) made the transaction so much easier.
Once the PT house sale closed, we were happy to have Kristina represent us with the sale of our Sequim house. At this point in time, the housing market was changing rapidly and becoming uncertain.
