I recently purchased my first home with Kristine and Gorden. Because of the turbulent market conditions, I was in and out of the market over the course of a year and changed what I was looking for several times. Throughout it all, Kristine and Gorden were very patient and supportive. It's an incredibly difficult time to buy a home in CA with the low inventory in desirable neighborhoods and it's crucial that you have a knowledgable realtor to help you through the process.
There was never an instance in my year-long search where they were not available to show me a home I wanted to see. They were always on time and professional. They went above and beyond several times for me, including giving my mom a ride home (over 30 miles)!
When we went into escrow, their experience and knowledge really came into play. I had never bought a home before so I was unaware of how many steps and contractors are involved. Kristine and Gorden had relationships in place for each step, including a really great inspector, specialist inspectors (for mold, termites, etc.), insurance, lending, warranty, etc. All of their referrals were very high quality.
We also ran into a lot of issues in escrow because the seller was overseas in China during the covid outbreak. Kristine and Gorden went above and beyond to accommodate late night phone calls and even found a way to get everything done via virtual notary so we could close on time.
There are a lot of terrible realtors out there that do absolutely nothing and collect big commissions. Kristine and Gorden are NOT in this category, and they work really hard to deserve their commissions. I found them because they were the listing agents on a house I made an offer on - and lost because it got 15+ offers and sold for significantly over asking. As such, I can vouch whether you're buying or selling, they're a great team to work with. I can't recommend this team enough!
