I went in on a Wednesday and placed an order for a doz. tamales. They told me I could pick them up on Saturday at 12 noon. They wrote me a receipt for 6 chicken, 3 pork and 3 cheese/jalapeno. I went in on Saturday afternoon and I was told they didn't have any chicken tamales. I don't understand why nobody called to tell me this before I came in. They had my phone number on my receipt. Not a good business practice.
