I had to take our dog for teeth cleaning and found out our previous veteranian retired. It was a little bittersweet but the new veteranian is extremely nice. Very professional and friendly too. He took great care of my dog and even calm her down when she was stress out. Whenever I had questions, he took his time to address them.

I had another vet that I've been going to for almost 10 years now, but I think I found a new place to take my pets. I needed a last-minute, same-day walk-in to have my cat seen. For the past few weeks, she was having a miserable time with her allergies, so much that even after having her soft coned, she still managed to over groom herself to the point of multiple open wounds. The old vet just brushed it off as simple allergies and that it could also be her weight, but I didn't think so because all the symptoms point to something else. Not to mention, coning her for almost 2 months wasn't the solution and would not truly resolve the root issue. He didn't really offer anything in terms of relief for my poor kitty. I was desperate to find some sort of relief for her. After calling my old vet to get her seen again and being unable to that same day, I stumbled upon this place from all the raving reviews.
Well, these pet-parents must be raving about something good, right? And honestly, the reviews were true! I received the most genuine, authentic, and caring response and experience from the LAQPC team. They went above and beyond for my cat that day, from managing to squeeze us in later in the day and staying open to wait for her test results. They stayed open for us for an additional 2 hours!! That's the level of care and dedication that truly proved to me they genuinely care about their patients. Some vet clinics would never lol
Since then, I've also brought my dog in for her collapsing trachea. Surprise surprise, my old vet never diagnosed her properly and administered the wrong type of drugs for her condition. Now she's on the proper meds and she's thriving! I wish I had brought all my pets here years ago. It would've saved so much time and money compared to my old vet.
This clinic is truly amazing, and I'm very grateful to the amazing team of veterinarians and staff members who make this place so compassionate!
