went last week on a Friday they were closed… thought must be staffing shortage, made appointment online to ensure, came in and nope all locked up. Please take down the appointment portal for this site!

Yep, horrible. Now featuring non-sensical note on door. Is it translated from another language? Did the people that drafted it not graduate 2nd grade? Who knows. Because the number that is sutteringly repeated is actually a fax line. The “Manager” did actually answer his line with an excuse of being short staffed at that location. I guess that’s why it was closed on the ludicrous business hours. Get a grip. Normal people need later hours. Why? Because they are actually working. Not taking a permanent vacation. Please, for the love of God, close this location if you can’t get a grip on reality. Hire people, pay people properly, stop paying for rental property that is wasting your resources, and our time.

Second time I've been here with an appointment and nobody is here. I was assured last week when I dropped in that someone would be here today. Door says open at 7:30. It's 8:45. I have an 8:45 appointment. Crickets.... Never again.
