I've been to this Kaiser laboratory in Alameda for blood draw many times over the years, the phlebotomist lady today was the worst. She could not find the vein, just blindly moving needles in all directions and no blood would come out. I understand sometimes it's not easy to find the vein the first try, but instead of apologizing she blamed me for not drinking enough water. If no blood is coming out at all, that means you did not find the vein you idiot. I will never ever go back to this location.
