Lied about serving food so inedible the health department came for inspection (found out from staff I have befriended), and lied about my son's attendance in a phonics program we were paying extra for; essentially stealing from me. I would give zero stars, but that would be a disservice to Ms. Hailey, Ms. Laura and Ms. Danielle, who have been great. I was given 3 different stories about why they decided to steal from me, and nobody can tell me exactly when my son went to the phonics program. My money was refunded after I voiced my disgust at the matter. I was also given 3 different stories about why their lunch person was fired, and I was told by 2 employees, including the assistant director that there were issues with palatability and quality of the food served. The center actually had to buy pizza for the kids because the food was so inedible. I tried to contact their district manager, Lori three times about my concerns and concerns with the cleanliness of the building and ventilation systems (you could see black fuzz surrounding the vents in the classrooms) with absolutely no response. This center has gone downhill severely over the past few months. Ms. Linda has no ethic, no compassion for your children (she does a great job pretending to your face) and no care for the teachers at this center. Only after I had a serious discussion, did she admit to dropping the ball on the enrichment programs and cleanliness. Look around--talk to your child's teachers, talk to your child. You'll only be told what you want to hear--I have witnessed several conversations where a parent was told one thing by the director only for me to have seen the complete opposite. You should LEGITIMATELY be concerned for your child's safety and well being at this school, because the Director getting her bonus for enrollment is the priority. Quantity.....not quality. I have an open case with the State currently regarding the issues we had here, as well as the lack of concern displayed by their management teams.
