I ordered close online thru Lacoste website I was told close would arrive on a certain date which was fine 3 days later hadn’t shipped called Lacoste told don’t worry everything is arriving on time now it’s day before should arrive still haven’t processed the order. They’ve told me sorry our bad. I’ve tried to speak to managers I’m told sorry no managers to speak with. Told them to expedite shipping was told sorry can’t change orders once it’s been ordered but if that was the case my stuff would arrive on time. I’ve bought Lacoste almost exclusively for past 20 years and I will never ever buy from this company again. The customer service is beyond a joke. They mess up and make the customer pay for their mistake. I’ve caught them in numerous lies I’ve never dealt with worse customer service in my life do not buy from this company!!!

I like the fact that Lacoste stores are not too crowded and they always have something special on sale. However, items on sale marked 50% off is not really half the price as these are marked higher during the sale compared to regular days. Still, it's a good deal. And, of course, you pay for quality. With Lacoste, it's always a great experience.

I always liked Lacoste. However, today I experienced the worst customer service. I know the social distancing and wearing mask is important. But it doesn’t means that only 3-4 people allow to come in. We waited around 10 minutes to come into the store before coming in 4 people came out meaning 4 people can come in. But Sara let only one person in. And forced to use a sanitized which is ok, but the smell was SO BAD! And if I needed to put my mask down to talk for a second because my mom couldn’t hear me, Sara would run up toward us and rudely tell me to put mask back on. Krystal was great and provided great customer service.
