I needed to have my car checked for a rear light problem under warranty. LN Hyundai was very accommodating from start to finish. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me; I was checked right in and sat in their comfortable waiting room until my car was ready. Car wash included!

Hyundai Genesis Laguna Niguel has continuously delivered extraordinary service for both our cars. They are always friendly and so very helpful (especially with our difficult car seat). It’s an appointment we look forward to keeping. Thanks everyone for your devotion to detail!

Laguna Niguel Hyundai has a big problem with telling you something is broken and charging to fix it but not actually doing the service. Our experience with Laguna Niguel Hyundai is primarily with the service department. Our review transpires over two visits where their team of mechanics/service advisor completely dropped the ball. Our first visit was for an oil change/tire rotation. After receiving our vehicle back, we noticed the tires weren’t rotated and asked why. They stated that the mechanics said they didn’t need it. However, they still charged us for the rotation. When we brought it to their attention, the service advisor said he didn’t know what to do as he was new. He didn’t ask anyone or even escalate it. After wasting time with them, we finally got someone who could help. They couldn’t do anything about the past, but would rotate the tires for free in our next service. This brings us to our next visit which was an oil change, tire rotation and to look at the blinker as it kept blowing the bulb. As we checked in, we reminded the service advisor(a new one as they let the other one go) that we were charged for a tire rotation that wasn’t done and this one was supposed to be free. The advisor responded with they weren’t sure if they could honor that as it wasn’t done immediately after the first visit. Obviously this was a hot topic, which we expressed our frustration about. They talked to their boss and added the tire rotation like we were promised. After picking up the car, they told us they fixed the light bulb issue(didn’t call and tell us what it was before doing the work), and charged us around $150 for “adjusting” a ground wire. After driving off the lot, the “adjustment” didn’t fix anything and the bulb burnt out again. We checked the car ourselves and there was no adjustment done and the same bulb we replaced before bringing the car in was still installed(nothing was looked at). We brought the car back later that week(they couldn’t get us in any earlier), and they told us it was something else(the cap), which they ordered the part and replaced it. When we brought up that there was nothing done on the previous service, but were charged for it, they dismissed it and offered 20% our next service. We escalated our concern to the service department manager(Tim) and asked for our money back along with explaining that the last two times we were there we had been charged for something that wasn’t done. His response was he would give us our money back, but we would need to find another place to service our car. This wasn’t an issue as we weren’t going to subject ourselves to being swindled a 3rd time. I would look elsewhere if you need service done on your Hyundai or Kia.
