Service department has really many issues. Besides being out of service for customers for many weeks, they don’t have enough technicians to diagnose car problems under warranty. They do not have a specific time frame for car diagnosis at least. It seems like timing priority is for simple maintenance jobs but regular warranty issues or recalls to come later by booking appointments after 2 weeks at least. Customer service doesn’t have solutions to help customers getting what they are looking for in a more timely and efficient way. Out of my 3 only visits over the past 8 months, 2 of them I went back home without doing anything. Update: what they did only after leaving today is to call me and give appointment after 2 weeks. Really poor customer care. They didn’t respect my time I wasted today going to them and leave without even a diagnosis. Another dealer confirmed that it is max 2 hours job.
The entire process was very simple and easy! We were attended to by Blaire, the sales manager as well as Alix the fleet manager. We felt as they heard our wants and desires and they followed up with a perfect match! My wife loves her new car!
