Excellent service and quick response. The staff at Lake Appliance was wonderful and quickly got us on their schedule. Our technician Giao was professional and very friendly. They kept us up to date on his ETA and they repaired our appliance quickly. In fact the replacement part arrived a week before our appointment. Highest recommendations! A++++ Experience! Thanks for the great service.

Horrible service and repair for our broken LG Fridge that was only 4 years old. LONG wait times on phone, they tell you to text them but they still do not respond. It has been 2+ weeks and it is still broken even though they have been out to our house twice. Had to wait 5-7 days for a new PBR board. Then wait again for another appointment. Tech came out and switched the board and took off - it broke again within 20 minutes. We called right away and texted, no answer. The next day (a Friday) my husband finally got ahold of the receptionist and said that the tech would be calling LG for troubleshooting. You would think that he would want to be where the broken fridge was when he called LG????THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US! I called again on Monday Taylor answered and hung up on me when I had the audacity of being annoyed that my fridge was STILL broken. Called again and when you are on hold long enough they hang up on you. Ended up calling LG back to get a refund of my $400 but it will take 2-3 weeks to process, not a guarantee they will approve it. What an utter mess.
