I was a patient there for numerous years. I try to be healthy and take care of myself. After COVID hit I didn’t want to go in, because I wanted others to get care that needed it. Now that things are calming down, I called to get an appointment for a physical. Only to find out that because I post phoned my physical I am no longer allowed to see my primary care doctor that I have seen for years. This clinic should sent notices out to patients to let them know that they will no longer be seen. This is very frustrating because now I have to find a new doctor because a lot of them are not accepting patients. Lastly, a relative of mine has heard the front desk in this office gossiping in a negative manner about patients. I will taking my business to Swedish.

Valerie Mazziotti is an excellent and experienced primary care provider. I could tell immediately she knew how to relate to her patients and really listen. Particularly if you are feeling a little uncomfortable seeing a provider, for mental or physical concerns, whatever your reason for seeing primary care may be, I highly recommend her. The staff was kind and friendly, very comfortable as others have said in the reviews.

I absolutely love Dr McAbee. The staff is always friendly and when I’ve had non life threatening but emergency problems, she’s scheduled me in the next day even though she has a full case load already. She’s so personable, I’d consider her a friend if it weren’t such a professional setting. If you haven’t considered this clinic, give them a try. I drive 45 minutes out of town for my general care and I refuse to change it even though I’m nowhere near that area any more.
