I’ve been a customer for 18 months. So far the facility is clean, secured, and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes down to it, 90% of what’s going to help you pick a storage place is location. But of the ones in / around this part of Lake Stevens, I found these folks to have the best customer service and competitive prices.

I rented several times from Storage Depot from the large units storing my vehicle to midsized storing furniture and other items. I now rent a small storage unit. There is a reason that I keep coming back the facility is managed very professionally and is always clean. Kayla is a first class and top notch manager.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I rented a small indoor unit, it’s all metal (walls and door), and they provide you with a lock.
I rented the unit online and picked up the keys in person the next day. It couldn’t have been easier. Kayla from the front office was super helpful and got me set up in about 5 mins.
