Attended a yoga retreat with this wonderful group. Mythu, Abby, and Dr Doug made this experience truly magical. There is so much positivity, learning, openness, and acceptance during this 3 day retreat all so worth it. We learn, we laugh, we eat and we all help each other. It was such an amazing place to be. My first experience with Lakewood Hot yoga was this past weekend at their yoga retreat and it was just amazing! The instructors are all wonderful and made it so fun for all of us. My best friend is a regular there at the studio and I will definitely be joining her for yoga classes in the future. Thank you for a memorable experience!

This yoga retreat was much needed and a perfect get away with my girls. Thank you Lakewood Hot Yoga for such a special experience! The place was great, the food was delicious and the classes were sooo good...even my 2 year old daughter joined class and did some yogi moves. My first experience with the sound bath was pretty cool and I learned a lot from the spine workshop with Dr Lu. This retreat touched on all the things necessary to give your mind and body the reset it needs. Thank you again for having us!
