I hadn't realized this store was inside of Sears. When I got to Southcenter I phoned the store to ask where they were located in the mall. The gal answered "second floor" and I asked, OK, but near what? " she replied Nordstrom. I circled up and down the mall, still, couldn't find it. I called again and once more asked and this time she said they were on the bottom floor by Nordstrom and then had the audacity to hang up on me when I tried to clarify . Walked around again and nothing. I was so angry I left the mall.
That evening I called again and got a different person on the phone and I was informed they were inside of Sears I returned the following day and told the person working what happened and instead of her apologizing she defended and made excuses for the employee and basically rushed getting me out of there.
Horrible customer service.
