A great selection of nice and professional clothing as well as comfy clothes as well. I found the selection of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets to be great as well and pretty much reflects the style of Lane Bryant as a whole. I have always had great luck when shopping here and I don't expect any of that to change. The employees are very helpful and extremely courteous. I will be back soon!

I have Elderly mother who hurt to walk for long period of time & her arms hurt too. Other day, me, my fiancée and my mother; she was asking the employees to help her but none of the employees helping her and being rude about it. Last time we came, they help us finding right bra size by sizing my chest to find right size, this time my mother ask to help us find right bra size (I hate wearing bras so I don't know my size normally), the employee said in rude tunes "well, I don't know your daughter's bra size, but, you do! You will have better time finding perfect size for her." I don't think she want us there but, she was treating my disability mother very horribly while I was trying on clothes and my fiancée was keeping q eye on my mother's purse.

Courtney and the other girl working were awesome, super friendly and helpful, they would be 5 stars. But the company as a whole not so much. Select was not great and when I tried to use a few different coupons they wouldn't use any in store. That's not good business or customer service.
